路在脚下，the way is beneath your feet. | the path (that is) beneath your feet.

I might/should spare harder efforts to work out my career way,

* I should put in some effort to work out my career path.

* I should not spare any effort to work out my career path (here, "not spare", means there will be no effort left over, it is all used up)

* you can use either "might" or "should",  but not both as they mean different things.

I want to get rid of anxiety and confusion.
