A joke about a Chinese person learning English

Xiaoming asked the teacher in an English class"May I go to the toilet? " The teacher said "Go ahead". Xiaoming sat down.

After a while, Xiaoming asked again:"May I go to the toilet?" "Go ahead" replied the teacher . Then Xiaoming sat down again.
