Who is responsible? It is getting harder and harder to educate children. Differently of some years ago, parents nowadays have to work and look after their children. But with so few free time to focus on their education, who is responsible for making kids good members of society? Should it still be a responsibility of the parents or schools should take on such task? In the 1980s, it was common the father make money and be the provider of home while the mother looked after the children. But in the 21st century things are different, both men and women are the providers and the educators of the kids. However how can they manage to give a good education for their angels and turn them into good people? There are some options, one of them is take turn, working in different schedules, and perhaps leaving the kid in a kid-garden for some period as well. Another way is leaving their kids with someone they know very well, like the grandparents. This way, parents can still take control of their kid’s education and make sure their children are going to grow up as expected. Another possibility, it’s just leave this responsibility for the school, who has professional people who know better them the kid’s parent how to turn kids into educated citizens. Besides that the parents are still going to take part of their kid’s education, it might be the new society responsibility to care about children education in face of the new reality. Given these scenarios, I definitely believe that parents should take part of their kid’s education as much as they can. Although it might be understood as a new society responsibility, it’s not guaranteed that ones will really care about other’s children. Besides that, I believe that children see their parents as an example of people the be followed, but with parents not being close to them, they might get lost about how to behavior properly.
