What I learned from running

Running, it just needs a pair of sneakers, and a road, and you can achieve your running goal.
I enjoy running, every time I achieve finish my running goal, I feel pround of myself because I don't give up in this process. I manage to finishing it by myself. I say to myself  know, "Just keep going, then you will be successful."
