Lance Lee, In English we can use drink driving, you use drunk with driving to make sentences like he was driving whilst drunk. But the actual offence of driving whilst drunk, we call drink driving.

木叶丸 whether or not he was actually paraded at the time of this photo is really irrelevant in the debate, anyone made to walk up a street shackled in full public view, even if it is into a court building, is to some degree been shown off.
