Instructing people to start thinking for themself in a kind way I want to tell you something about this case (for future reference). Since this is like an unusual case, I don't have like a step by step procedure on what to do, therefore I am thinking and trying to figure out a solution in which neither of the 2 parts get negatively affected. That's why I didn't tell you right away: "Yes, it's possible to resend the product to the correct address". I first analyzed the case, I firts recollected all the information available and I think, think and I am still thinking (This is what I recommend you to do when you affront uncommon cases). You will have Johanna's help, but I recommend you to always get to her with a proposal on what to do, for example say something like: Johanna, we have this unusual case, the customer made a mistake on her order and I would like to help her (you can start saying this so she knows that it was the customer's fault, and not yours :) ...the customer want us to bla bla bla,.....I am not sure if it's possible but I was thinking that we could offer her bla bla bla....if we can not comply to her request
