Peter: will we meet tomorrow at 7 o'clock ?

Note: you can use it if you don't want to give a straight answer. It's like you are not giving a confirmation but you don't want to say a direct no. (Any is used for plural things. I don't have any apples, not I don't have any apple. Because confirmation is singular, you need to describe it another way, like by using 'a'.)
For example:
