The small changes in this year is Intermittent Fasting, I just control my consume period to eat food within 8 hours / day, continiously a year and now I got a big change with my body, If I can do more exercise, it might have a better results :)
This year’s small change is intermittent fasting. I limit my window of eating to 8 hours a day for the whole year, and now my body has significantly changed. If I exercise more, I might get even better results :)
