1 score is 20, so 5 score years is 100 years. It’s old fashioned English, they don’t use it anymore for speaking these days. But you still can find it in English old literature.

A score is 20 years as mentioned and it is not commonly heard or used. Lincoln also used it in his famous Gettysburg Address. (where I first heard it!).
