“Me tomo las pastillas” suena más fluido sin embargo, la otra opción igual es correcta ;)

"Tomo las pastillas a las 8pm" por ejemplo pone énfasis en la acción del verbo un hecho objetivo "las tomo a las 8pm"
"Me tomo las pastillas pone énfasis sobre en quién repercute la acción verbo (sujeto, el YO)
