Hi there. I often hear that something is tricky. Can I also say that some body is tricky, for example, “You are tricky to have done this to me”.

When we say something is tricky, we mean it's a little difficult or unusual in how it works. We don't usually say that about people. "You are tricky to have done this to me." sounds to me like, "You are sneaky to have done this to me." but it depends on what you want to say.

As a slang, you can. But it may not pass as formal English expression.

In British English, we wouldn't use tricky directly in this way but we can certainly use it to talk about a person that is quite difficult to understand or deal with. My boss is quite tricky as you never know what he is thinking.

We use the word prank more often these days.

I can't think of an example in which we would call a person tricky. The action a person takes can be tricky. Ex: You mean you deceived me? Very tricky!
