If you want to say it in a fluent Tagalog then you would say:
"Ngayon ang aking kaarawan"
If you want to make it sound more natural you would say:
"Kaarawan ko ngayon" or just say
"Birthday ko ngayon" since the word birthday is commonly used more often than its Tagalog counterpart.
