Hi, what do the expressions “I don’t need no money”(cheap thrills) and “I ain’t no money” mean? Do they all depend on the context? I know those are not proper, but they still can be heard occasionally.

It’s colloquial. Basically I do not need money. The second one definitely depends on context.
