I’m watching ‘The WASP Network” on Netflix, about Cubans who go to the states. Two Cubans are talking about work and life in the US, and one says in response to a question about what he does by saying “Yo biznero.” What does this mean?

Well, the word is mostly used to refer to street hustlers in Cuba, that try to push tourists mostly, into buying items of the nature you have mentioned, including those of the contraband persuasion. Other words that are frequently used in the country to refer to such enterprising individuals include "jineteros", which is less common owing to its sexual connotations. Although "biznero" is often considered the Colombian equivalent of "berraco", both of which are essentially used to refer to people that are ambitious, or "big-shots". Although most such words are used differently within different Latin American countries, based on the context. In fact, even "biznero" itself was a word that was used to refer to "low-paid labourers" like toilet cleaners, street sweepers etc. in the past in Cuba.
