Does it sound naturally?
You have forgotten how to smile and downloaded a selfteacher
It says, "Use emojis or say cheese as a last resort"

Grammatically these two sentences are fine (although you need periods at the end of each sentence).
But I am not sure what a "selfteacher" is in this context. Is it an app? And how does that relate to smiling?
