are the tenses and constructions used correctly? /going to/ I am going to walk later (you only use the near future for actions that will occurr in a few mintues, for example: "I'm gonna get a glass of water". / The Present Continuous Tense/ I’m reading a book I’m eating a banana /The Past Continuous Tense/ Yesterday was raining. /The Future Continuous Tense/ I will be reading a book tomorrow. / Is it correct to say this at this time The Present Perfect Tense?/ I have eaten a casserole in Tuesday. She has cooked a casserole in Sunday. All of the rest are correct. I hope that could help you.

When you use specific times and days, you can not use the present perfect. It has to be the simple past tense. Also, it has to be on + day.
