Which one is grammatically correct?
A. Thank you, everyone.
B. Thank you everyone.
Thank you in advance.

Both are correct. Use punctuation to reflect the way you want it spoken. A slight pause is the most common choice. For that you would use a comma.

A is the classical, formal way. B is the casual way. Some examiners will say B is wrong, but I won't.
