Связано ли это слово (сессии) с работой или со школой? Я предлагаю, что время экзаменов...обычно скажем В США 'finals' or 'finals exams.'
They are the period of intense exams/final tests at the end of the semester.
Можно сказать:
"How do you stay sane during finals?"
"How do you keep from going crazy during finals?"
