I think that the most important part of choosing a good teacher is systems/methodology. .A teacher who is professional needs to have their own system about how to teach their students gradually from (learning) vocabulary to grammar. If a teacher didn’t have their own curriculum system,I would think they are great.( do you mean you WOULDN’T think they are great?) you cannot just talk with me in english because you are a native speaker. You need to perform like a real teacher!

If a teacher didn’t have their own personal methodology, I wouldn't think they are great. You can't just talk with me in English only because you are native speaker.
