Det skulle være italiensk, indisk og japansk. Fordi jeg godt kan lide pasta, curry og sushi.
I would use "det" instead of "de". As in "it", not "they". Word order on your second phrase: it's a sub clause starting with "fordi", so the central adverb (godt) must go between the subject and verb. Hope this helps :)
