In US English, we usually use the preposition 'on' for exams, so your construction is good per US English convention.
'I did well on my exam.'
'I hope you do well on your exams.'
'I wish you well on your school exams.'
'I wish you well on your exams.' You can also leave 'school' out as it's probably obvious from context.
