i see a .bat file, in the file 'SC' appear so many times.
what is about the word.

SC (service control) is a Command line program used for communicating with the Windows Services or the Service Control Manager.
The SC command can stop, start, pause, or change the parameters of any installed Windows service.
I assume this all makes sense to you. :)
It is similar to Task Manager.
