We are in for = We will experience. A treat = something pleasant.

"we are all in for a treat" refers to when something really enjoyable or unique happens.
Someone who goes with a group of friends to see a new movie with great reviews might say "we are all in for a treat".
Someone performing in a play might invite their friends to come see them and say "You're all in for a treat"
