ensure= to make certain that something will happen
guarantee= provide a formal assurance or promise, especially that certain conditions shall be fulfilled relating to a product, service , or transaction

Guarantee------ we are sure what they promise is going to happen
Ensure------ we don't know if it is going to happen yet, but they would try their best
