To the way you like it. So if it's not up to my liking, it's not the way I like it. If I make something to your liking, then I would make it to the way you like it.

I like tasty cake, so tasty cake is to my liking.

Joe's answer is good.  Another way you might hear this is that something is too  for/to my taste.
"This cake is a bit sweet for my taste."  It means the same thing.
