What's muffin-worry?
Could anyone tell me what's muffin-worry?
Eg: Why haven't we met her at some of the tea-fights and muffin-worries we've been to lately?
Is it similar to the tea-fight?

This is an old term, which you don't see anymore. A "muffin worry" is an old ladies' tea party, at which it was assumed that they would share gossip.

I know English very well and have read many books, but I have never heard the word 'muffin-worries' before, where did you see it?
