How would I say my name?
My name is Jasmine and I was wondering how would I say my name in Korean or should I just chose a Korean name? I don't know.

Your name is Jasmine(자스민).
And if you want, you can choose Korean name too!
If you want to choose Korean name, I'll give advise for you (usual name or not, girls name/boys name bla bla anything! :D)
