Per esempio,
"Have you visited any English-speaking countries?"
"Is he famous in the Spanish-speaking communities?"

"Hai visitato paesi di lingua inglese?" / " Avete visitato paesi di lingua inglese?"
"Is he famous in the Spanish-speaking communities?"
" Egli/ lui è noto nelle comunità di lingua spagnola'"

a1) Hai mai visitato un paese di lingua inglese ?
a2) Hai mai visitato un paese dove si parla inglese ?
a3) Hai mai visitato un paese anglofono (suono inglese) ?
b1) E` famoso lui nelle comunita` di lingua spagnola ?
-fono esiste solo per: anglofono, francofono (francese)
Moreover, note that we use small letters for the nationality adjectives.
