how to translate from English into Russian? diner - (дешёвая) закусочная? Are there any international diners? motorway services - придорожное кафе or кафе на автозаправке? Is "British Petrols" a motorway service? thx for ur answers!

A "diner" is a person who takes dinner, and the term "motorway service" is clear enough for explanations. The rest of RU terms is somehow too much to me at this stage. I am sorry. Good luck and good weekend. :)
