if you need some Russian music try Google.com:)) (for example, try DDT (ДДТ), Vladimir Visotsky (Владимир Высоцкий), Kino (Кино))
If you need other Russian mp3 you should use... Google.com too:))
And p2p resources like torrents.ru, mininova.org are best for searching music, sound books etc, imho
