They're interchangeable in basic and informal none important sentences but formally -
deal with = informal use - means suffer it or manage a situation
handle = informal for managing a situation, mid formal complimentary for praise "handled it well"
cope= be able to carry on functioning as a human being against adversity
Hard to master the subtle differences, maybe better to copy from examples in texts.
