Qual e' la differenza tra "lago" e "laguna"?

They both are very,very big 'pools' of water; Lago usually is quite separated from the sea, and its water is not salted. A 'laguna' is not far from the sea, and its water mixes with sea water. A beautiful example of 'laguna' in Italy is the 'laguna di Orbetello' (Tuscany), with a narrow path of 8 km. to be done by bycicle, very fun! Entrambi sono pozze d'acqua molto molto grandi. Un lago generalmente e` ben distaccato dal mare, e la sua acqua non e` salata. Una 'laguna' non e` lontana dal mare, e la sua acqua si mischia con quella del mare. Le lagune sono degli habitat meravigliosi per molte specie di uccelli. habitat: posto dove vivere, place where to live, natural environment.

LAGO è una grande distesa ( massa ) d'acqua, il più delle volte di acqua dolce, raccolta in delle cavità terrestri. LAGUNA è un bacino vicino al mare ( sulla costa e chiamato anche bacino costiero ) e che viene separato dal mare da un pezzo di costa ed è composto da acqua salata.
