:) My friends here in Bulgaria always want to do the same on my birthday but, to be honest, we don't really give those sort of wishes on birthdays. We just say 'Happy birthday'. 'I hope you have a great day'. Nothing special. You could also say 'Many happy returns' or 'Happy birthday. I wish you many more'. However, why not do it Russian-style, but in English? That'd be nice. 'I wish you, health, wealth, happiness and wonderful friends'.
