so far, for the moment, at the moment
so far : till now
for the moment : for now
at the moment : now
is it correct?
I don't see much difference especially between 1st 2, so far and for the moment.
e.g)
I haven't married so far.
I haven't married for the moment.
I'm not married at the moment.
Could you explain it, please?

There is a difference.
"I'm haven't married so far." = I've never been married before and I am not married now.
"I haven't married for the moment." is awkward. You should say "I'm not married for the moment." This means that you might or might not have married before, but that you are not married at this time. You might be widowed or divorced.
"I'm not married at the moment." - This is correct and the meaning is the same as #2 - you could have been married before. #1 says that you've never been married.
All three of these suggest (slightly) the possibility that your marital status might change. The suggestion would be stronger if you left in a pause:
"I'm not married...so far."

sorry, Let me correct mine.
In my opinion, these 3 all imply that something possibly might be going to change but nobody knows since they don't focuse on the future but on the present and the past only...

Thanks Kegan. What about "so far" then? In my opinion, these 3 all imply that something is possibly going to change since they don't focuse on the future but on the present and the past only...

so far : till now
for the moment : for now
at the moment : now
This is correct. In my opinion, "for the moment" implies that something is probably going to change, whereas "at the moment" just focuses on the present. This is also how I feel about "for now" and "now," respectively.
