怎么我说用中文 "do we have class today?"
i am confuse with the word "class" in this sentence, because if i would translate the word itself it can be translated to many ways but with different meaning.

我们今天有课吗？and the grammar you ask is not right ,it should be 我怎么用中文说，“我”is like "I" in english.

课 = class as a lesson
class as a group of people = 班

我们今天有课吗？ we always put subject in front of the sentence,except some special sentence patterns.
