"في اربعة ايام" means during 4 days.
Ex: ستتم اعمال الصيانة في اربعة ايام that means maintenance will take 4 days.
"بعد اربعة ايام" means after 4 days.
Ex: سيصل ابي من السفر بعد اربعة ايام that means my father will arrive after 4 days.
