Which one is grammatically okay? I've seen it before somewhere. I've seen it somewhere before.

Both are fine. #2 is the more flowing one. #1 has a pause after "before".

Both are okay! You are more likely to use the first example if you are stressing the "somewhere" I've seen it before SOMEWHERE Otherwise, the second example sounds more natural.
