Consider "Hähnchensteak" or "Hühnerschnitzel"! From my experience all the Taiwanese 鸡排 are deep-fried, right? In that case you might want to add the word "frittiert" in front of the word, thus resulting into either "frittiertes Hähnchensteak" or "frittiertes Hühnerschnitzel"
