i don't mean to be rude but what does the word " fuck you " mean in french ?

Sounds like English to me :) In this case it is a rude way to say something like "go to hell" (this one is not polite either) or "go away" in general and sometimes is followed by some rude gestures (middle finger, the V symbol for English people or similar).
