fait-on la liaison entre les deux mots? Si c'est le cas, comment prononcer le X ? ça sera plutôt : douzémoi ou doucémoi ?

Quand un adjectif se finit en "x" la liaison avec le mot suivant produit le son [z] (comme quand il se finit en "s" d'ailleurs)
De beaux "z" enfants.
De petits "z" enfants.
