Sono uguali o no?
Ho un problema con i verbi rimanere e restare. Sono uguali? Posso restare a casa tutto il giorno ed anche rimanere? O resto/rimango in Italia per una settimana? O resto/rimango da te per un paio di giorni? O c'è qualche differenza?
Grazie in anticipo, aspetto la soluzione :)

Ahoi ani,
il significato è in genere lo stesso. Rimanere è in genere meno comune che restare, ma ci sono contesti e locuzioni in cui si usa più spesso di restare. E anche più usato di restare quando si usa come verbo copulativo e il predicato è un participio passato (ess.: sono rimasto sorpreso dalla loro cortesia).
