Can I say. "Sin tigo, que haria?" if I mean "Without you, what would I do?
This is for a song I'm writing

No. The correct way to say it would be: "Sin ti, ¿qué haría?.
- Contigo, sin ti.
- Conmigo, sin mí.
Can you see the difference? :-)
