Hi!
We use the verb "bilmek" to tell that we speak a language and "bilmek" means to know.
So it is better to say;
Ben Arapça ve İngilizce biliyorum. I speak Arabic and English.
When you say konuşuyorum, it sounds like you are speaking at that moment.
*olarım should be olurum
You can also say; "olabilirim : I can be" which sounds more natural in this sentence.
Maybe you would like to see my Website http://www.learnturkisheasy.com and for listening you can write turkishnews instead of www and you can listen and read news in simple Turkish. It can help you with the pronuncation.
Please never hesitate to ask me about Turkish.
Good luck!

Merhaba arkadaşım;
Ben de sana yardımcı olmak isterim memnuniyetle.. Dil öğrenmek uzun ve zorlu bir süreç, lakin dil bilgisi (grammar) dan başlayabiliriz ; Türkçe dilinde sert ünsüzlerle biten tüm harflerin (FSTKÇŞHP) ekleri yine sert ünsüzlerle başlamak zorundadır, bu bir kuraldır..Mesela AraPÇa, Arabca değil..Yarın devam edelim, görüşmek üzere..
