TBH, in my experience, the resources for Urdu learning are quite scarce. I´m currently using a book called " Teach Yourself Urdu". There is also a book called "Urdu: An Essential Grammar" by Ruth Laila Schmidt (which is more of a reference sort of book that you´d use to look up specific grammar, and not as a tool to learn the language by and in itself). I know you asked for Internet sites, but I would rather advice you to buy books in stead due to the reason I previously stated above. Good luck with your studies. I´m currently trying to learn Urdu as well.
