how to say "心得" in English ?
I want to write "分享一点我的心得，与大家共勉" ，but i don't know how to express "心得" and "共勉" 。

这个句子可以这样翻成英语：share some of the things I know with others for mutual encouragement
心得=knowledge, things I know, things I have learned
共勉=mutual encouragement

Let's share our knowledge to make a common effort.
心得 = knowledge gained
...but you can leave out the "gained" in most instances.
