Ang ganda mo! please tell me i got that right, and it means, 'you are so beautiful!"?

If you are a girl/lady, that's correct. But if you are a boy/gentleman, it's wrong to say "Ang ganda mo!." It should be "Ang pogi mo!" (you are handsome!)
