Differents between to spot and to notice?
When we should use each of them,
For examples, why we should say:
Did you notice her engagement ring? instead Did you spot her engagement ring?

Hello Nurgali. How are you?
The word you need to use here is "difference" It sounds just like "differents".
"Different" has no S ending at all. You can say or write that pluralities, such as Many Things or Most Things are "different" or that there is a "difference" between them; but you would never write or say "different" with an S on the end, okay?
Now, as to your quesiton about "to spot" and "to notice," there is no meaninful difference between the two terms. Both equate to, and are the equivalent of "to see". ---Warm Regards, Bruce

I think there is a big difference between "to spot" and "to notice." Notice is much more common. To spot something means that it was hidden or difficult to see. So I would say:
Did you notice her ring?
I noticed that his English is excellent.
I spotted the movie star even though she was wearing a disguise.
