Was ist der Unterschied zwischen "Schmerzen" und "Weh"? Sind sie ganz ähnlich? :-)

Hallo, In der Bedetung sind die beiden ähnlich aber in der Verwendung nicht. Beispiele : "Schmerzen haben" -> Ich habe Augenschmerzen.(eher Krankheit) "weh tun" -> Meine Augen tun mir weh. (eher unangenehmes Gefühl)
