Hello friend! These verbs have different meanings. The verb "have" has sinômimos (hold, feel, try, use, wear, be ..). Since the verb "be" can mean any, happen, happen, occur, proceed, act ... So the phrase you mentioned will depend on if anyone asks: "You have eaten food that I did this?" You reply: "I've eaten the food." But if someone asks if you'll still eat this food, you can answer: I shall eat this food "

Amigo! Não se preocupe muito com regras gramaticais. Aprenda frases. A gramática portuguesa é muito complexa. Aprenda usando "ontem", "hoje"," amanhã". Por exemplo: Eu comi salada ontem. Eu como salada hoje. Eu comerei salada amanhã. Comece assim... Legal! Fica de boa! Friend! Do not worry too much about grammar rules. Learn phrases. The Portuguese grammar is very complex. Learn using "yesterday," "today," "tomorrow". Eg I ate salad yesterday. I eat salad today. I eat salad tomorrow. So get ... Legal! It is good!
