konuşmak = speaking / konuşmam = I won`t speaking Or I do not want to speak / konuşma = don`t speak

it can be :
konusmak = verbe infinitive
konusmam = my conversation / my speech
konusma : speech .
Try to use words in the sentence. because they can have different meanings in the sentence.
